is the hub of the LGBTQ+ community of Greater Richmond connecting people, partners and programs through our work as a catalyst, a voice, a place and a resource.

Catalyst. Continuously building and nurturing relationships with community partners. Fostering connection and collaboration amplifies all of our efforts to effect change in our communities.
Voice: The Iridian Gallery is the only nonprofit art gallery in the south exclusively for LGBTQ+ artists. We offer artists of the LGBTQ+ community an opportunity to showcase their talents and share their creative voices with us.
Place: Free & reduced-cost meeting spaces make gathering possible for some community and support groups. Our event hall is a place for those who need a safe space to celebrate and thrive.
Resource: Workshops and trainings we host enhance our community. Our Clothing Voucher Program fosters confidence in people who don’t have other opportunities to shop for clothing that matches their inner selves.
