Direct Services
Clothing Voucher Program
The Clothing Voucher Program provides Diversity Thrift clothing vouchers to LGBTQ+ individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, housing instability, employment needs, or barriers to obtaining affirming clothing. Access to appropriate clothing can support employment readiness, personal dignity, gender affirmation, safety, and authentic self-expression.
If you need a Clothing Voucher, email programs@diversityrichmond.org
Emergency Assistance

Equitable Futures Collective
The Equitable Futures Collective is a nine-month leadership and learning program that brings together a small cohort for facilitated study, reflection, relationship-building, and community engagement. Some of our programs have served as catalysts for the creation of other organizations, such as the Richmond Business Alliance and we partner with national entities to create locally-focused resources.
