Amanda now serves as the Chair of the Virginia Pride Committee. They have found such joy in serving on the committee and are honored and excited to serve in this new capacity. Amanda has a passion for helping create safe and inclusive spaces that allow folks to celebrate their authentic selves. They have 15 years of experience working in nonprofits and government with strengths in project management and process improvement.

Originally from Florida, relocated to Richmond in 2016 for work. Community involvement is important to me, and since 2021, I've been volunteering with Virginia Pride, advocating for LGBTQ+ rights. In Richmond, I share my home with my fiance, Caleb, and our goldendoodle, Alexandra. In my free time, you can usually find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or behind the bar, inspired by whatever I've seen on Instagram that week.
