Pridefest 2026 Vendor Registration

Register to be a vendor or exhibitor at VA Pridefest 2026, one of the largest LGBTQ celebrations in Virginia, happening on Saturday, September 12 from Noon-8pm at Midtown Green in Richmond.  Join nearly 200 vendors and exhibitors including local businesses, food trucks, non-profit and faith-based groups, retail and craft vendors and much, much more.  It’s a perfect opportunity to connect with the LGBTQ community and show your support!  All vendor fees are used to ensure Pridefest is free and open to all!
