Eligibility:The Virginia Pride Hotel Stay & Concert Tickets Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Virginia Pride and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and individuals living in the same household as such individuals, are ineligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on Friday August 18th. Winner will be announced in September.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Virginia Pride will conduct the drawing.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and via email and must respond within a day. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Quirk and Virginia Pride, which are final and binding. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash equivalent or substitution.

Publicity: Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Virginia Pride and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway.

Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
